Job description
Overview

We're seeking a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of new product capabilities for our private medical insurance offering at AXA Health. This 12-month FTC is pivotal in ensuring that our new product platform, built on Salesforce, delivers market-leading customer and broker experiences, supports sales growth, and drives product adoption across our distribution channels. You'll combine product marketing expertise with an understanding of digital platforms and customer journeys to design, launch, and optimise product propositions that meet the needs of our members, brokers, and partners.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Bournemouth office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead delivery of annual priorities alongside key deliverables within our digital transformation roadmap.
  • Help shape, define and deliver product marketing initiatives for PMI enhancements and new capabilities, aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities are leveraged to deliver differentiated customer and broker journeys.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products.
  • Gather and apply customer, broker, and competitor insights to inform product positioning and ensure market relevance.
  • Partner with product, digital, sales, service, and compliance teams to deliver seamless end-to-end proposition development.
  • Work with Salesforce teams to understand how architecture and workflows affect ability to deliver superior customer user experiences.
  • Track product performance, customer engagement, and broker adoption; recommend improvements to drive growth and retention.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading development and delivery of new product capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate marketing and business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical implementation including the ability to translate complex product features into clear customer value propositions.
  • Past experience enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.
  • Outstanding presentational, engagement and communication skills.
  • Solid commercial understanding, ability to work in partnership with wider stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment.
  • Track record of seeking excellence in the service we can provide to our customers.
  • Internal candidates are encouraged to apply for this role as a secondment opportunity through the internal careers site.
  • As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
