About our Team

The Sustainable Energy Council (SEC), now part of RX, is driving a hydrogen powered energy transition. The team cover three main events, Asia-Pacific, World Hydrogen and Hydrogen Americas. We play a key role bygathering public and private sector stakeholdersat our global Summits tocollaborate and sign partnerships for ambitious hydrogen projectsthat will significantly contribute to reaching net-zero goals.

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and market penetration for the Hydrogen portfolio of shows. You will craft comprehensive marketing plans based on the Event Value Proposition and broader portfolio marketing strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our shows and play a vital part in achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a marketing plan for allocated shows, aligning with the EVP and Portfolio marketing strategy.
  • Establishing market size, penetration, and identify growth opportunities across key industries and segments.
  • Proposing and implement audience growth strategies.
  • Managing relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies.
  • Leading onsite at shows and representing our brand at external market/industry-specific events.
  • Collaborating across a matrix team providing data and insights to contribute to the overall strategy and growth.


Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Have experience as a Product Marketing Manager or equivalent role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Be proficient in establishing market size and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Have experience in market analysis, campaign management, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a track record of success in executing marketing strategies that have driven growth and market penetration.
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in marketing automation tools and performance reporting.
