A high-growth LegalTech AI business is seeking a Product Manager to join a team transforming how legal departments operate by building world-class AI products with measurable impact.

As the Product Manager, you will become the expert for your product area and play a central role in delivering intuitive, enterprise-ready solutions. You will :

  • Own end-to-end product management in a customer-centric product environment
  • Research customer needs and pain points, including in a client-facing capacity
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, valuable customer solutions
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing impact, priorities, and resources
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and legal experts
  • Directly influence how legal teams adopt and use AI technology
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and agile environment, helping establish scalable product processes and mentoring junior team members
You will bring :
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management or product / technology consulting
  • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Experience of working on customer-focused products.
  • A strong academic background, with a 2 : 1 degree or higher in Law, STEM, or another technical / analytical discipline
  • A genuine passion for technology and the legal industry
  • Strong analytical thinking and technical curiosity
  • Experience in a SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment, ideally within a high-growth or early-stage team
