Description

We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a great working environment. You will be an expert in product handling, constantly striving to enhance the customer journey through outstanding visual presentation and high-quality customer service. You will support the Store Leader in team development and operational standards, contributing to strong sales, KPIs, and team performance.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent product placement and eye-catching wearable outfits.
  • Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience as a priority.
  • Confidently duty manage all store operations including service, team management, and daily tasks.
  • Empower your team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
  • Utilize commercial tools effectively to support store performance.
  • Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, RFID, and staffing.
  • Help manage store compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Support team development to maintain a motivated, engaged, and valued store team.
