Product Manager – FinTech - London

A fast-growing FinTech is looking for an experienced Product Manager from a FinTech, AI, or digital consumer industry background, with a good understanding of the Consumer Lending or Asset Finance industry.

The role involves taking responsibility for collections and recoveries, ensuring that the strategy delivers fairness to customers who are in arrears while also protecting the business. Using AI and Automation, you will be expected to introduce best-in-class processes. Using data-driven insights, you will ensure that customer experience is balanced with good financial outcomes for the business.

Working with the engineering team, you will develop features that deliver on your strategy, ensuring that the collections and recoveries process, from early arrears to recoveries, runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role involves :

  • managing external relationships with technology providers, external agencies and other partners
  • building scalable processes
  • identifying trends using data, AI and other sources
  • building a team of high‑performing and accountable professionals
