About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to join the State Street Alpha Services product team as Vice President. This role will drive product innovation, lifecycle management, and client‑centric solutions within the Account Onboarding and Lifecycle Management domain. You will shape next‑generation products and services that enable seamless integration across front, middle, and back‑office operations for Alpha clients.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for account onboarding and reference data solutions.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies (AI, automation, DLT) into workflows.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and client‑first thinking.
Product Development & Delivery
  • Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation and business case to delivery and adoption.
  • Embed Agile practices: lead standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning; ensure iterative client feedback.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced onboarding time and improved operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Technology, and Product teams.
  • Represent the product team in executive‑level discussions, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Translate client insights into actionable product enhancements.

  • Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives in large financial services or fintech environments.
