About the Role:

Reporting to the PFM Manager UK & Ireland within the Supply Chain department, this role is crucial in managing Ferrero’s product documentation processes and overseeing product changes across key divisions. The primary goal is to ensure seamless tracking, monitoring, and execution of workflows to facilitate efficient market entry aligned with Ferrero’s systems.

This position offers high visibility and involves collaboration with multiple departments, including Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM teams, R&D, Pack Deployment, Co-pack, and Legal/PR. It is a dynamic role at the core of new product launches and cross-functional coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Product Flow Management Specialist, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and timely product information flow across systems and teams. Your responsibilities include managing the creation and validation of product documentation (RDP/RDE), coordinating marketing inputs, and addressing downstream process challenges proactively.

You will lead the artwork development process, liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure packaging compliance with regulatory and brand standards. Managing complex restyling projects and multi-language packs will also be part of your role.

Additional duties include managing Foglio 8 requests for new SKUs, evaluating template proposals, and driving process improvements across systems. Accurate master data management will support co-packing and customer delivery. You will oversee compliance with Green Tax regulations, ensuring timely data submissions and accurate product records in the PIM platform.

Who we are looking for:

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in supply chain operations, whether industrial, warehouse, or commercial. Prior experience in FMCG or retail sectors and/or project management is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and organizational levels is essential.

A solid understanding of end-to-end business and supply chain processes, supported by analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Familiarity with SAP, particularly in Material Master Data Management, is highly preferred.
