A leading wellbeing platform in London is on the lookout for a Product Designer to elevate their digital experience. In this role, you will collaborate with top talent to create intuitive web and app interfaces that enhance user engagement. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of design experience, especially in eCommerce. We’re looking for a high-agency Product Designer to take our web experience to the next level, with work extending into our upcoming mobile app. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how consumers discover and engage with curated, personalised wellbeing at scale.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Product and a high-performing engineering team to improve product discovery, reduce friction, and boost conversion across the full user journey - from collection and PDP pages to our quiz, subscription portal, and AI assistant (Helix), while ensuring the Healf experience feels personal, actionable, and deeply human.
This role is ideal for someone with strong UX and interaction design skills, an eye for clean, scalable UI, an understanding of what drives conversion, and a genuine passion for building a better web and app experience for our users. You don’t need to have worked in wellness or FMCG, but a solid foundation in eCommerce, CRO, and design systems is key.
