Qualifications

• 5 years in UX / UI or Product Design roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns.
• Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative / quantitative feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Own Figma workflows, maintain design components and libraries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Document design decisions and present in design reviews.
