Join a British icon on a mission to evolve. We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Digital Road squad, a team focused on enhancing and transforming the roadside experience for millions of members. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a heritage brand, working within a large, collaborative team that's constantly improving how we serve our members.

As a mid-weight Product Designer, you'll bring ideas to life across web and app platforms, with a strong emphasis on Figma, facilitation, and storytelling. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to turn vision into reality, crafting seamless, user-centred journeys in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. From ideation workshops to high-fidelity prototyping, you'll be hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, always pushing for better.

What will I be doing?

  • Design and refine user journeys across web and app platforms using Figma to deliver high-fidelity, user-centred solutions.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and co-create design outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and content designers to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Translate complex problems and user needs into compelling design narratives that bring the product vision to life.
  • Use data, research, and user feedback to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high design standards.

What do I need?

  • A strong Figma practitioner with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Experience designing for both web and app (mobile-first mindset essential).
  • Confident facilitator with ideation and workshop experience.
  • A natural storyteller - able to craft and communicate a compelling design vision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across business areas.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • A team player who thrives on feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement.
