Overview

Our Global Product Design team is a dynamic, multi-location group of passionate experts spanning London, Tel Aviv, Ireland, Malta, Leeds and beyond. Comprising product designers, UX and UI designers, motion designers and UX researchers, our team works collaboratively to deliver safe, engaging, and innovative player experiences across our world-class portfolio of brands, including William Hill, 888, and Mr. Green.

This position will be based in Dublin and to apply for this role you should have a portfolio of design process. This will show ideation, research, development and evolution of ideas. You\'ll have the ability to link the outcome to the initial brief and tell a compelling story when confidently presenting.

This role will suit you if you have recently graduated or just beginning your career in design.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the design process by creating high-quality, user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance user experiences
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, and developers to deliver engaging and consistent designs across retail interfaces
• Conducting usability testing and user research, gathering actionable feedback to inform and improve designs
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs to effectively communicate user flows and interaction patterns
• Participating in stakeholder presentations to share design concepts, gather input, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Supporting the evolution and growth of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product

Who we are looking for

• Exceptional UI focus - you\'ll have a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate problem-solving and attention to detail
• Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion/interaction skills is a bonus.
• A solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and an understanding of design systems and the value they can bring to the design process
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow within a design team working on high-impact initiatives
