A leading luxury department store in London is seeking a Product Catalogue Data Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves actioning product creation requests and ensuring data quality for various product attributes using business tools, particularly Excel and SAP. Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, data issue investigation, and providing workflow feedback. We are looking for Product Catalogue Data Administrators to join our IT team on a 6 month fixed term contract here at Harrods. You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards, as the Product Catalogue Data Administrator you will review, transform and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP. Data relates to specific product attributes such as descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes etc.
