Zenopa has partnered with an independent and growing medical device distributor that supplies tools and equipment to ENT professionals. They recognise trends and transform them into state-of-the-art devices for the world's most difficult surgical operations and illnesses, while working to foster a positive working environment for their employees.

Role Overview

You will deliver engaging, tailored training on advanced endoscopic technologies, ensuring healthcare professionals are confident, compliant, and fully supported post-installation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging post-installation training to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure users are confident and competent with advanced endoscopic technologies-especially flexible scopes.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to design and deliver tailored training programmes.
  • Use a variety of teaching tools-from handbooks to visual aids-to make learning impactful.
  • Keep your knowledge sharp through continuous professional development.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal training processes.

You’ll be on the move, visiting hospitals, theatre departments, and healthcare facilities across the South‑East of England. This is a field‑based role with regular travel and overnight stays.

Requirements
  • Experience in operating theatre environments, nursing, or medical engineering (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to organise time and resources effectively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, calm, and courteous approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Manual handling is part of the daily routine.
  • You’ll need to uphold Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Package
  • London Allowance - 20%, 15% or 5% dependant upon location.
  • Bonus - 7,500 p.a.
  • Car - company car provided.
