We are looking for 4 yes 4 Sourcing / Procurement Specialists supporting teams buying for the Private and Public Sector across areas such as Healthcare, Medical and Surgical, Pharma and Facilities Management.

Working for this well-respected specialist procurement partner as a Procurement Specialist, you’ll work end to end on a varied medical portfolio across both the public and private sector.

Salary – Up to £43,000 Per Annum

Location – Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexi) / Mon-Fri

The Role
  • This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage.
  • You’ll manage the full procurement process—from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch.
  • You’ll present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
  • The role also involves building supplier relationships, reviewing products and technologies, and maintaining effective customer engagement at all levels.
Qualifications
  • You’ll need 2–3 years’ procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations.
  • Exposure to public sector healthcare procurement is ideal but not necessarily essential to be considered as we are open to other backgrounds.
