• Confident using procurement/tracking tools and Excel.
• Excellent supplier coordination, negotiation and communication skills.

Hours

9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

Duties

• Procuring FF&E and bespoke items from approved and new suppliers
• Managing purchase orders, pricing, lead times and delivery schedules
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure accuracy and quality
• Managing logistics, shipping, customs and site delivery coordination
• Maintaining and updating procurement trackers and documentation
• Supporting the design team during project installations and snagging phases

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement specialist role
• Experience in a luxury residential interior design studio
• Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and logistics
• Confident using procurement/tracking tools and Excel
• Excellent supplier coordination, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
