- Oversee international and domestic logistics, customs clearance, and warehousing of long‑lead items.
- Align procurement schedules with engineering, construction, and commissioning timelines using Procore or similar platforms.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance to track material delivery and site readiness.
Contract & Commercial Management
- Review, negotiate, and manage supply and subcontract agreements under FIDIC, NEC, and vendor‑specific terms.
- Ensure compliance with contract milestones, payment terms, and project risk management requirements.
- Support claim resolution, change orders, and supplier performance reviews.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Use Procore and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to manage procurement workflows, reporting, and approvals.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date procurement database, including approved vendors and pricing history.
- Build and lead a small team of procurement professionals, mentoring junior staff as needed.
