A leading aerospace and defense company is looking for a Procurement Development Leader in Derby/Hybrid to manage procurement transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with SAP ERP, alongside strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Procurement Development Leader – Full Time – Derby/Hybrid. As the Procurement Development Leader, you will lead the global development and deployment of functional improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing function.

As a Procurement Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading and embedding both global and local major transformation projects, process and application development, data integrity improvements to ensure on time and accurate government reporting, and lead process and compliance reporting automation.
