We are looking for a driven procurement professional who thrives in an energetic environment and is seeking much more than just another procurement role. Our Head Office is based in Nottingham but you will be home based with client site visits on a regular basis. A growth mindset and a genuine appetite to be exceptional and do things better are critical.

You will be responsible for owning relationships with major public sector clients, providing direct support with their sourcing requirements.

This role owns key client relationships and carries responsibility for managing in excess of £50m of indirect spend. Through strategic sourcing and transactional procurement activity, you will operate as an extension of the client’s existing procurement function.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Developing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Leading and engaging with Constellia colleagues to ensure successful delivery of support across implementation, procurement operations, finance and legal
  • Conducting large-scale strategic sourcing activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories
  • Engaging and negotiating with suppliers
  • Providing delivery assurance and performance management
Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years’ experience in procurement business partnering roles
  • Experience in either the public or private sector
  • Strong indirect spend experience
  • A strong sense of ownership — defined by what you deliver
  • A driven starter–finisher and “fixer” who actively seeks opportunities to improve how things are done
  • Keen to grow skills as the business grows, demonstrating a clear growth mindset
