Paysafe are hiring for a processor relations manager to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our payment processor relationships. In this role, the manager will establish and support relations between our payment processors and internal stakeholders, analyse current practices and develop process improvements as well as work to implement changes in workflows and structures to ensure continuous departmental and company performance. The processor relations manager will have strong collaboration and conflict resolution competencies with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes and resolutions to technical and business problems for our customers.

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
