Process Operative

£12.85 per hour

Fenton

The Role

Ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard

To the best practice

Operating various production machinery

Including mills , blenders , kilns and mixers to produce finished products to the highest standard

Operating counterbalance forklift truck daily (Training will be provided)

Work proactively within a cross-functional team

Expectation is to multi-skill and learn several of the processes

Support and contribute to a program of continuous improvement at the site

Work always in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures

Skills and attributes required

Experience within a Manufacturing Machine operative role and environment

Have a flexible approach at all times

Similar role, experience of production essential

Manual role

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a strong team.
