Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, ideally within chilled or FMCG environments.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage factory trials, ensuring all materials, documentation, and procedures are in place.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.
• Maintain and update technical documentation including BOMs, QAS, and trial specifications.
• Ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice and internal quality standards.
• Support pre-production and post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
