The Role

As part of the Partnerships, Wills, and Probate Division, you'll handle a busy and varied caseload of estate administration matters, working autonomously with limited supervision.

You will be involved in estates ranging from straightforward to highly complex, including taxable estates and those with business or overseas assets. This is a client-facing role that requires empathy, professionalism, and excellent technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a large and varied caseload of estate administration matters
  • Dealing with estates of varying complexity and value, including those with trusts, foreign or business assets
  • Advising clients with clarity, compassion, and professionalism during sensitive times
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Wills, Trusts, and Probate team
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
About You

You’ll be a capable and client-focused legal professional who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years' PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal), though all levels will be considered
  • Strong technical knowledge of estate administration, including trusts, taxable estates, and complex assets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Empathy, compassion, and professionalism when dealing with clients
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork
