Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and forward enquiries from patients and external organisations.
  • Process new patient registrations and manage deductions accurately.
  • Maintain and update patient records in line with policies.
  • Support the flow of information across teams.
  • Handle scanning, photocopying, reporting, and general office tasks.
  • Manage subject access requests in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist the administration and management team with additional duties.

Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SystmOne

Education

5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent
