Leading wealth management arm of a global bank is looking to appoint an experienced Private Funds lawyer to their collegiate Funds & Asset Management legal team in London.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing legal, risk, and compliance aspects of fund products, including Luxembourg funds/RAIFs.
2. Overseeing the full lifecycle of a range of fund products.
3. Reviewing and advising on underlying investments and regulatory changes.
