Overview

Our client is one of the world’s largest alternative investment firms with over $1 trillion in assets under management and a leading global presence across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit. The Infrastructure platform manages more than $40 billion and focuses on essential sectors including energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport, and utilities.

In line with expanding investment activity in Europe, the London-based team is seeking to add an experienced Investment Manager with a proven background in infrastructure investing. This is a senior-level role offering significant exposure to large-scale, complex transactions across core and core-plus strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deal execution from origination through to closing, including financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
  • Drive origination by developing relationships with advisors, corporates, and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee portfolio company performance and value creation initiatives, working with management teams and boards
  • Contribute to investment committee materials and present transaction updates to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the platform in Europe
Candidate Requirements
  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with a Tier 1 profile (top-tier investment bank, or leading infrastructure private equity fund)
  • Strong execution track record across infrastructure sectors such as renewables, digital assets, energy, transport, or utilities
  • Exceptional technical skills in financial modelling, transaction structuring, and due diligence
  • Strategic mindset with ability to originate opportunities and build long-term industry relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders
