I am seeking a senior professional capable of presenting to the board and interacting directly with the CFO. This individual should not only be able to present effectively but also to push back, stand their ground, and serve as a senior team member. Please see below for a brief overview of the responsibilities:

• Leading the management of the portfolio business valuation process
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the financial and operational review of monthly management information and engaging with the portfolio business finance teams
• Acting as a key contact for accounting teams in Luxembourg, including reviews of management and statutory accounts and transaction support work (accounting and treasury functions)
• Leading operational finance aspects of the London advisor, including overseeing the production of management information and group consolidation
• Participating in strategic planning and the budgeting/forecasting process
