What You’ll Do
  • Review tax reports prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Keep WIP analysis and billing up to date.
  • Ensure that client files meet required standards for Quality Control Reviews (QCR).
  • Engage with HMRC to resolve a variety of tax-related issues.
  • Assist partners in identifying and addressing advisory issues, such as shareholder profit extraction, exit planning, personal succession planning, individual relocation, and more.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven expertise in personal tax services and relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CTA) or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in developing project plans and ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills to generate innovative ideas and develop new methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for business development across tax clients and other service lines.
  • Proficiency in personal tax software, such as CCH Central, is advantageous.
