Overview

A Wiltshire law firm require a Private Client Solicitor to join a fantastic Private Client team in the firm's Swindon office. The role will enable the Private Client Solicitor to have an autonomous role with an opportunity to influence the development of the team through providing support and development whilst delivering high quality work to a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied and often technically challenging caseload in advising and drafting Wills, simple to more complex forms, Probate, Estate Administration, Elderly Client, Care Home Fees, Court ot Protection, LPA's and Deputyships.
