Are you a Private Client Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking law firm? Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills, from straightforward instructions to those involving complex trusts
• Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
• Preparing and registering Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administering taxable and non-taxable estates
• Identifying and managing trust administration requirements
• Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely, assess legal issues and provide clear, practical advice
• Legal research, document drafting and active participation in business development initiatives

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in private client law. You’ll have a strong understanding of complex matters and a genuine interest in further developing your expertise.
