Who we’re looking for

• NQ–1 PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with good academics and private client experience
• Or 1–4 PQE Solicitor / Legal Executive with a broad private client background
• Experienced solicitors from 5+ PQE (including at salaried partner level) also considered
• Experience across wills, probate, and trusts
• Collaborative, approachable, and team‑oriented personality
• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards it

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a varied caseload of wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, estate planning, and Court of Protection applications
• Working closely with STEP‑qualified partners and senior solicitors
• Supporting clients including farmers, landowners, estates, trustees, and HNW individuals
• Collaborating with colleagues across Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale
• Contributing to the continued growth and excellent reputation of the department
