Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Property & Affairs matters independently.
  • Ability to prepare and submit applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a caseload of Property & Affairs matters.
  • Prepare and submit applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Liaise with clients, families, and the Office of the Public Guardian.
  • Manage clients' financial accounts and make regular payments.
  • Draft documents like witness statements and court applications.
  • Represent clients at Court of Protection hearings.
  • Supervise junior team members.
  • Investigate suspicions of financial abuse.
