Private Client Associate - 3+ years PQE - Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate for their Private Client team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex UK and international private wealth matters.

Responsibilities
  • UK tax and estate planning, including lifetime trusts, family investment companies, and succession planning
  • Cross-border estate planning and offshore trust structuring for international clients
  • Trust and estate administration, including advice to UK and offshore trustees
  • Charity law and the establishment and management of charitable entities
  • Advising business owners and entrepreneurs on tax-efficient exits and wealth structuring
  • Collaborating with immigration, corporate, private equity, and property teams to deliver integrated advice
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice
Candidate profile
  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with experience in private client work
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK and international estate planning, personal tax, and trust law
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management
  • Candidates with more or less experience, including paralegals with relevant expertise, will be considered
