Job Profile

  • Specialist Private Clients Division of major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint an Executive Manager for its team operating within the South, primarily concentrating on the South East.
  • The role is home-based and duties will be split 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management.
  • You will oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters with additional desktop and administrative staff, attending to SLAs, development and training, technical supervision and client relationship work.
  • Candidates must essentially have a minimum of 5 years in a private client adjusting role and ideally some basic managerial experience, although this is not essential.
  • Our client is more than happy to take enquiries from senior adjusters looking to progress into management.
  • You can live anywhere within the south but must be prepared to travel extensively both to handle losses and to meet with your team.
  • Professional qualifications through CII and/or CILA is seen to be important.

Basic salary up to £80,000 plus generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
