• Operate the establishment radio system and monitor CCTV.
• Book and process visitor arrivals.
• Monitor and log mail for contraband.
• Conduct night duties ensuring cell doors are secure.
• Support tasks in reception and manage incoming prisoner property.
• Supervise prisoners during movements.
• Transport prisoners and collect mail.
• Maintain audit trails of phone conversations.
• Conform to national and local policies and protocols.
