Principal Civil Engineer – Birmingham. Location: Birmingham. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000.

With a strong pipeline of diverse and challenging projects, they are now looking to appoint a Principal Engineer to join their growing team based in Birmingham. Role Responsibilities

• Leading structural engineering designs across a range of building and infrastructure projects
• Overseeing design output, calculations, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated solutions
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians
• Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities
• Managing resources, project timelines, and financial performance where appropriate
