The successful candidate will provide systems engineering expertise across the early stages of complex weapons development, contributing to design solutions, leading work packages, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver systems engineering across the front end of the product lifecycle
• Conduct requirements and use case analysis
• Develop system architecture designs and functional models
• Perform performance assessment and system behaviour analysis
• Apply model-based engineering techniques including MBSE
• Lead work packages and coordinate technical activities with stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven systems engineering experience in defence or aerospace projects
• Strong knowledge of requirements management and use case development
• Experience with system architecture and modelling tools
• Ability to assess performance and system behaviour
• Practical experience with MBSE techniques and frameworks
