Principal Software and Controls Engineer
Milton Keynes

T2M Resourcing are working with a growing technology and manufacturing business to recruit a Principal Software and Controls Engineer to lead motor inverter projects.

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days a week, Milton Keynes

Sponsorship: Sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and delivery of PMSM or permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems projects for a variety of applications across automotive, aerospace and defence.
• Work closely with the department head to provide technical leadership and support and mentorship to the team.

• Accomplished engineer with a focus on motor inverter development and control.
• Experience working on projects involving motor physics (torque/flux), control algorithms and developing software control strategies.
