Principal Property Surveyor

Location: Mandela House, CB2 1BY

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 23.70 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive property surveys and assessments for commercial properties, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on property management and development projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on survey findings, offering actionable insights for property improvements and compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering and surveying teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Manage and oversee property maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions related to property and survey issues.
