Overview

Principal Planning Officer. I am currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Principal Planning Officer.

I am working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands to assist in finding the right candidate to go in and hit the ground running with some major applications.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of major planning applications and provide robust planning advice.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely processing and decision making.
• Contribute to planning policy interpretation and development where applicable.

Qualifications

• RTPI registered or on track to accreditation.
• Extensive experience with major planning applications.

Work Arrangements

Hybrid working with office presence desired once every two weeks.
