I'm working with one of the UK's leading benefits consultancies to recruit a Principal Pensions Consultant (DC workplace Pensions).
You'll be working as part of a fast growth and high-performance team; working with clients of all sizes, managing a portfolio of c£400k.
As a principal consultant, this is a fundamental role where you'll lead in managing complex projects, providing expert advice and driving strategic decisions. You must have a proven track record in not only forging relationships at the highest levels, but also driving new business opportunities via existing clients and inbound leads from other parts of the business.
No day will be the same, and you'll be involved in a range of areas; client management and engagement, strategic guidance, project leadership, business growth and quality assurance.
