Job description

Principal Designer up to Director level, Central London

Salary Range: circa £50,000 up to circa £100,000 plus benefits and comp.

We are currently partnering with an established, well-respected, successful real estate consultancy practice, who are currently looking to grow their CDM offering to their London clients.

The firm can consider candidates at the earlier stages of their CDM career or those wishing to transition into this niche area of the construction market, as well as seasoned professionals with a wealth of industry experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team, with a broad client base, covering all asset classes and project types and values across London.

You will be working with a number of well-regarded investors and developers, providing them with your professional CDM advice where your input will truly matter relating to health & safety and risk.

The team is a mix of specialists across a range of skill sets, levels, and backgrounds, all sharing the same idea of providing best‑in‑class consulting service. Many of the people across the business have previously worked for leading names within the construction environment from both the main contractor side as well as from other leading consulting firms. You will be working alongside great talent, playing an integral role in continuing the good name of the business.
