Job Description

We're looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. You'll guide and support projects and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Your role

As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead, you'll provide impactful solutions to our clients and support existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support and guidance to existing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HDL, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.

Required

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS HCM for Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business and management teams.
  • Knowledge and support of existing solutions.
  • Preparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.

Preferred

  • Excellent planner for release planning and other delivery planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members with experience managing 5+ team members.
  • Experience with Lean/ Agile development methodologies and ITIL.
