You’ll work with a small, highly technical team on challenging projects, drive client success with practical implementations, and grow your skills in a flexible, innovation-focused environment. With remote-friendly hours, hands‑on mentoring and real ownership, this is a great opportunity for consultants looking to further specialise and advance their career.

Responsibilities:

• You will consult a wide variety of customers on complex customised Citrix solutions
• You will lead and support project teams, implementing and maintaining Citrix systems
• You will create architectural concepts for hybrid and cloud‑native Citrix environments on Azure
• You will mentor more junior colleagues and occasionally help them with their challenges
• You will consult customers on CVAD, Citrix DaaS and Citrix Cloud Services
• You will conduct workshops and technical presentations

Required Skills:

• You have C1+ German language skills
• You have expert knowledge of Citrix environments and their related challenges
• You have previously managed many projects/teams
• You have a wide range of experience with Citrix architecture and consulting and have tackled almost every related challenge there is!
• You have excellent communication skills and can relay technical information to non‑technical stakeholders, and win new business

Desired Skills:

• You have a relevant degree and/or certifications e.g. CCA‑V, CCP‑V or CCE‑V
