GSL Education are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Worthing area. This full-time, long-term role is open to teachers with experience or interest in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths and preferences.

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll take full classroom responsibility, delivering creative and engaging lessons that support each pupil’s academic and personal development. The school is known for its collaborative atmosphere and strong focus on pupil well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to your year group.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents.
• Contribute to the wider school community and promote its positive values.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Have recent experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress.
• Provide a full, up-to-date CV (with any gaps explained) and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
