Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work with one of the most delightful Primary Schools in Fleet for maternity cover from October 2025.

The school are looking for a Primary Teacher to work full-time on a long-term basis covering maternity leave with the potential opportunity to go permanent if you are looking to continue at the school.

The school are look for a Primary Teacher and Teaching Staff that are compassionate, empathetic and understanding. They look for the right type of character and not always the most relevant experience on paper.

The school are a fantastic school with outstanding facilities. A truly supportive group with a great outlook and culture. The support for students is fantastic and Creative Teachers have established a strong working relationship with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school policies.
  • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students' individual needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
  • Support the school s ethos and values, promoting respect, kindness, and responsibility within the classroom and wider school community.
  • Take part in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A passion for teaching and supporting young children in their educational journey.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in primary education (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment.
