Primary Teacher – EYFS / KS1 / KS2 (Mainstream Primary School)

Location : Hayes

Start Date : Jan 2026

Contract : Full-Time, Long-Term

Salary : MPS / UPS (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Hayes. This is a lovely opportunity for a teacher with experience or an interest in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 to work in a warm, welcoming, and supportive school environment, with excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.

About the Role
  • Lead learning within an EYFS, KS1, or KS2 class
  • Plan engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework or National Curriculum
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess, observe, and track pupil progress to inform next steps
  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Support smooth transitions between year groups
About You
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Good understanding of the EYFS Framework and / or National Curriculum
  • Warm, patient, and child-focused approach
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
