Salary: £200 – £230 per day

Hours: Part‑time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced SENCo to support the school from January 2026. You will complete SEND paperwork, provide guidance to teachers, meet with parents and contribute to the inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate SEND and related paperwork.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support students with SEN needs.
  • Meet with parents to discuss progress and concerns.
  • Participate in the school’s inclusive strategy and policy development.
  • Attend CPD and take advantage of progression opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified to be a SENCo (e.g., Level 4 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable SEN teaching experience.
  • Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and capable of working well with others.
