Position: Primary School Teacher

Location: Dover, Kent

Contract Type: Full-time, long term (Temp to permis possible)

Salary: £120 - £150 a day

Hours: 8:30-15:30 Mon-Fri

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary School Teacher within the heart of Ashford.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils’ learning and development.
  • Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
  • Delivering pre-set lessons or providing classroom support across different subjects and year groups.
  • Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Experience and Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience working in a primary school setting.
  • A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
  • A proactive, reliable and adaptable attitude.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
