Qualifications

• Experience in schools, childcare, youth work, or mentoring is desirable.
• Good general knowledge in English and Maths to support pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with learning, social or emotional needs.
• Support pupils with SEMH needs across the school.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students.
