Responsible for: adjusting priorities to meet frequently changing Stakeholder demands, self-managing any conflicting demands, providing coaching to Primary Care Stakeholders on the Digital products and services available to them maintaining effective two way written and verbal communication the implementation of national or local initiatives. providing feedback on new processes and procedures to support changes to service implementation, ensuring continuous service improvements to Primary Care Stakeholders. the preparation and drafting of routine and ad-hoc reports maximising the use of technology to improve performance and making recommendations to the teams operational processes to improve performance across the team. providing and receiving complex or sensitive information in relation to products/services projects and workstreams that will need to be interpreted and communicated to team members facilitating the deployment of national products and services through agreed communication channels
